You might assume that a change in ownership between LCRA and another organization might be business as usual with equivalent rates. Think again!
This Texans for Public Utilities website and the Coalition of Central Texas Utilities Development Corporation were created to help customers who are affected by the LCRA's decision to sell its water and wastewater utilities.
